On Friday June 13, the Class of '88 reunion was held with 75 excitable blokes gathering at the Qld Rugby Club. The pace of the evening was such the staff at the Rugby Club employed a speed limiting tactic - one man, one drink, you can't get one for your mate.

A sit down dinner commenced with entry to the dining room supervisied by Br Skelly (6 at a time) and Grace lead by Br Connors with time for reflection on those Brothers and Classmates that had died during the last 20 years. We were grateful to hear Br Fitzgerald is still going strong.

After a few words from our School Captain Dr Ivan and a Medley of Sunday night favourites from Falv, it was back to the bar for some further speed limiting before we were called into the night for some extra fun.

Daylight brought a weird calling to head out to Ross Oval and watch the First XV take the second last step to premiership glory by knocking over TSS in an epic struggle. Great talent was on display both on and off the field with a few of the class struggling to stay focussed as a result of leaving their best performance behind the night before.

Saturday night saw a gathering of the class with their partners at the Story Bridge Hotel. With some still recovering (and a few not backing up - Roadtrain Ostwald where are you?) it was a moderate start to the evening building to a hearty rendition of the School song (Signum Fidei) and the warcry ably lead by Duges.

As good as the numbers were for the weekend, there still remain many of the class missing in action. This website will remain our point of contact so please encourage your classmates to register and provide their details so next time the class gathers (whether it be informally every 12 months or 25th anniversary) we can more readily locate the class.

Great catching up with you all again and thanks to those that put in the extra yards in organising and finding the missing men of '88.
